WYOMING, USA – APRIL 2, 2025; – CHERYL PLUMMER (INTERNATIONAL) LLC, OWNER OF THE WOOLGROVE ROAD PROPERTY IN HITCHIN, HERTFORDSHIRE, has Released An Open Letter to The Prime Minister, The Attorney General, and The Director Of Public Prosecutions, Expressing Grave Concerns About Serious Allegations of Misconduct within Hertfordshire Police Constabulary and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
The open letter details allegations of gross misconduct, including the alleged use of stolen evidence authorized by a CPS lawyer, in the prosecution of an innocent suspect. The stolen mail relates to a civil action involving Cheryl Plummer LP, a subsidiary of USA registered company Cheryl Plummer (International) LLC.
"We are deeply troubled by the serious nature of these allegations," said Thierry Feraud, General Counsel at Cheryl Plummer (International) LLC. "The alleged actions undermine the integrity of the UK criminal justice system and raise significant questions about the conduct of those entrusted to uphold the law."
The open letter outlines the following key allegations:
A CPS lawyer, Andrew Sarkany, authorized the use of stolen mail as evidence in a criminal prosecution.
This stolen mail was used in the prosecution of an innocent suspect.
The theft of the mail is tied to a civil action involving Cheryl Plummer LP’s ownership of the Woolgrove Road property.
There are failures of oversight by prosecuting authorities.
There are allegations of malicious prosecution.
Misrepresentation of court proceedings.
An Attack on an American company that US President Trump has vowed to protect whilst in office.
Cheryl Plummer (International) LLC is calling for a thorough, independent, and transparent investigation into these allegations. The company urges the Prime Minister, the Attorney General, and the Director of Public Prosecutions to take immediate action to ensure that all those involved are held accountable and that steps are taken to prevent such misconduct from occurring in the future.
